I have worked with Sue for 8 months and found the experience to be incredibly rewarding and it has greatly enhanced my professional and personal development. At the start of my coaching sessions, I was feeling like I was at a crossroads in my career. Through various techniques, Sue was able to help me think differently about my current situation which allowed me to see a new way forward. She also gave me the opportunity to unpick scenarios that previously I had found challenging and helped me to identify practical ideas on how I could manage them differently going forward.  I found Sue’s approach to coaching to be very natural, putting me at ease which then allowed me the space to question and challenge myself. For these reasons I would highly recommend Sue.

I attended 4 neurodivergence coaching sessions with Sue, and these were excellent. I had a late dyslexia diagnosis and now a decade later am awaiting an ADHD diagnosis, so struggle with focusing only on negatives and lacking confidence at work. Sue’s coaching expertise shone through, providing personalised guidance that was both affirming and practical – I felt seen and understood. Her advocacy for neurodiversity was inspiring and I left each session feeling positive and empowered, helping me to recognize and celebrate my ND strengths. Highly recommended for anyone on a neurodivergent journey; Sue truly is a wonder and I feel so lucky to have experienced these coaching sessions.

Sue’s coaching has made an immediate impact to my day-to-day life. She is such a great listener, and her attention to detail is excellent. After only a few sessions I went from being a confused procrastinator to someone who now has a clear strategy around my own priorities, and of course, an action plan! An amazing experience and thoroughly recommended for anyone paralysed in their own thoughts or just stuck at a crossroads.

Having only discovered I am neurodiverse relatively recently, I have been keen to get all the best coaching I can to enable me to thrive at work. Working with Sue has been amazing! She has helped me build up a menu of practical things I can do to improve my working life as well as helping my longer term career aspirations, based on my core values. If you are neurodiverse, I can highly recommend working with Sue – it might help you realise that you can achieve more than you thought you could!

Sue is a fantastic coach. I went into this not being 100% sure that I really needed a coach but thought I’d give it a go. I’m so glad I did. During the course of the sessions, we did a values session and this has been pivotal to how I now approach my work. This really shone a light on what was important to me and helped me understand myself at a much deeper level that I had before. This has also been brought into my personal life and the benefits have been tremendous. Sue is also so adaptable with her style. Providing the Time to Think approach really provided space for me to work through my issues. I was able to quickly drive through to a new way of tackling my challenge area and I now feel comfortable with how I’m working with colleagues. Thanks again Sue!

Sue is friendly, relaxed and confident and within a short time, I felt like I was talking to a good friend. Her strategies - like asking simple questions for me to think about or paraphrasing what I said – seemed very natural and genuine. Pinpointing and discussing my core life values helped me gain perspective on where I am in my life and where I would like to be in the future. I always left the coaching session feeling thoughtful, happy and energised.

I really enjoyed my coaching experience with Sue. She is skilled at swiftly building rapport and creating a safe space for honest reflection and challenge, combining compassion with an ability to get to the heart of issues and to probe in a helpful way. She enabled me to dig deeply into the root causes of some of my challenges, including exploring how my personal values drive my behaviours and emotions. I now understand myself more and so feel better equipped to break down some of the unhelpful and limiting thought processes that have been stopping me from thriving. Thank you, Sue.

Overall, Sue’s coaching significantly boosted my self-confidence, enhanced my workplace effectiveness and fortified my adaptability and resilience. As someone who is ADHD, her guidance also helped me recognise and address systemic behaviours that had hindered my professional and personal growth, and provided practical solutions to effect an immediate positive change, increasing with each session.

Sue adeptly probed into various issues I raised, and gently probed to uncover the root cause. This discovery work empowered me to apply suggested frameworks and toolkits for personal and professional growth. Specifically, we addressed conflict resolution, self-imposed unrealistic standards and effective communication. The coaching transformed my ability to prioritise my own needs, while remaining true to my supportive and empathetic values towards others.
