A Complimentary Introductory Conversation

It’s important to meet before you commit to coaching, so we can discuss your aims, the issues you want to focus on and I can explain more about how coaching works. It allows us both to take a view on whether I’m a good fit as your coach. This is entirely with no obligation to proceed.

We can also discuss prices, with discounts for packages of 4 or 6 sessions.

An Initial Session Focused on Setting Your Goals for Coaching

If you decide to go ahead, the first session will focus on what your goals are. I will guide you through thinking about the areas you want to focus on and what your expected outcomes might be. If there’s time left in the session once you are content with your overall goals, we can then explore further whichever area is currently the priority for you.

A Number of One-to-One Sessions

As your coach it’s my job to support you to meet your goals and to structure our sessions to meet you needs. I’ll give you the space to think, I will ask questions and sometimes challenge. Most importantly I will listen.

Typically people book a series of 4-6 sessions. However, you can book each session individually rather than as a package. Often the second or third session can be a values session, if you decide this is relevant to what you want to achieve.

Email and Telephone Support

If you commit to a package of sessions, I offer email and phone support between sessions. I also provide relevant resources and material to support your coaching outcomes.

Final Session

During our final session we will review what you have achieved and create a plan for the future with your commitment to action.
